Ryan Cole
Director
Ryan Barry Cole was born on the 29th December 1981 in the South of England. His love for computing began at the age of 5 when he moved to Hong Kong due to his father being transferred to work there. It was here in Hong Kong where Ryan studied for his GCSE's and A Level's at The South Island School and was awarded Head Boy for the Year 2000. After leaving Hong Kong Ryan moved back to England and joined the University of London to study BEng Computer Engineering. Whilst at University Ryan also qualified as a Microsoft Qualified Professional and also pursued his interest in Windows, Apple Mac's & Cisco.
In his spare time Ryan enjoys listening to music and going to shows. He is an avid Spurs fan and dedicated goalkeeper to his football team 'The London Spartans'. Ryan also likes marine aquariums, HD movies, the HBO series 'The Wire' & EA Sports video games on Xbox 360. Ryan lives in London Docklands with his fianc' Christa, French Bulldog Frankie, Cat Danzig & aquarium

Matthew Slight
Director
Matthew Paul Slight, born in March 1982, in the South East of England, is the younger Director of Incite ICT. When he was just 3 years old Matt gained his first experience with computers when his Father bought an Acorn Electron home PC. By the age of 5 Matthew was already showing signs of programming ability beyond his age and had a fair knowledge of the BASIC programming language. At the age of 7 Matthew received an Amiga 500 and started to write more complicated computer programs. At the age of 12 Matthew passed the entry examinations to Dartford Grammar School, where he studied for the next 7 years of his life, leaving with 11 high grade GCSEs and 4 A Levels.
Matthew is an Arsenal supporter (note Ryan's alligence to the opposition - Spurs), he is a keen 5-aside footballer - also for The London Spartans and enjoys cycling. In his spare time he is teaching himself to play drums and when he's not drumming out a groove you'll find him grooving the night away in one of the many relaxed bars in and around Clapham.

Tom Cole
Company Secretary
Tom Cole was born in Hong Kong and lived there until he moved back to England in 2000 where his love of technology grew. He then studied at a prestigious boarding school in Dorset during his GCSE and A level period where he achieved high grades in both sets of exams. Tom was then accepted to study at City University in London to study Business Management where he achieved a 2.1. During this period Tom was awarded a scholarship to study at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in America for his second year which is one of the most highly recognised universities in the world for business. After completing his degree Tom started working at Incite ICT and can see himself having a long and successful career there.
Music is a very important aspect of Tom's life with him enjoying going to many live concerts and playing his drums and guitar. Tom's new found hobby is in drawing and is found most nights to be doing just that whilst listening to his favorite bands. He lives in vibrant Brick Lane in east London where he survives on a staple diet of Indian and Vietnamese food as there is an abundant supply of these cuisines in that area.

Yves Meili
Head Of Development
Yves Meili born in Switzerland where he did his Diploma course Web design and development and graduated as best student from that year. He moved to London after working for 6 years with an international renowed company. In London he is currently doing his Multimedia Arts Degree to gain a broader overview of Web design and development that concludes human interaction design, cultural studies and advanced industry applications. Yves can apply his knowledge working on the challenging large-scale Rich Internet Applications within Incite ICT.
Proficient in major scripting languages he also speaks French and German. He has a passion for sports, these include Golf, Fencing, Climbing and Snowboarding and can name himself winner of the Affoltern Golf Tournament. Yves loves to travel and explore the world and has been to many great places.
